D436 - Invalid Feeding Cup

$97.50
As the name suggests, these were used in hospitals to help the wounded and disabled feed themselves. The cup is made of white china and measures 3 _ in diameter across the top, tapering to 3 at the bottom. There is a refular handle for finger and thumb. 90to the left of the handle is a 2 spout. Half of the cup;s top is covered to keep the liquid from spilling. This one bears a manufacturer's logo Empire England. This is one of several of these items we purchased from a Savannah doctor's collection several years ago and is in excellent condition. See Damman I p. 74.
