The glasses are the early, rectangular, framed type with brass, adjustable arms. The case is steel (41/2" x 1"). We know that soldiers (especially older soldiers) wore glasses as shown in many period photographs & CDVs. This pair has been well worn, but is in very fine condition. An excellent addition to a display of personal effects
