A one-piece, bronze delegate state encampment medal, this one is inscribed �Rochester, NY� and displays an eagle with wings outstretched over the Rochester skyline, railroad tracks laid under a bridge, Niagara Falls, the symbols of agricultural and manufacturing products and the state motto, �Excelsior.� The medal measures 2_" x 2_" and remnants of the original gold ribbon remain on the reverse.
