This is a very early pair of brass-framed eyeglasses with adjustable arms and rectangular lenses. They are quite sturdy, much more so than the more typical, wire-rimmed frames. They are encased in a steel case which has no marking on it, but is in very fine condition. This is an extremely solid combination.
